Preston is a licensed CPA with over 20 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting. He began his career in Salt Lake City, Utah with both Ernst & Young and later Tanner LLC, and eventually made his way to Gilbert, Arizona, where he spent ten years as the Director of International Accounting for Iridium Communications. In that role, he managed the company’s foreign subsidiaries, led the corporate accounting team, and oversaw the global consolidation process for the publicly traded firm.
With a specialty in tax and assurance services, Preston also brings deep expertise in business advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and outsourced CFO services. He holds a BS in Accounting from Utah State University and an MBA from Arizona State University. Preston has also shared his knowledge as a long-time instructor for Becker Professional Education, helping future CPAs prepare for licensure, and has served on the boards of several Phoenix-area companies.
Outside of work, Preston enjoys traveling, especially if it’s a chance to spend time on a good beach. He brings that same appreciation for balance and perspective to his client relationships, combining technical insight with a calm, approachable style.
